Job summary

Lundgren Subaru of Claremont is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Associate to join our family-owned dealership in Claremont, NH. You will assist technicians, service staff, and customers with parts lookups, quotes, and orders, while efficiently sourcing OEM and aftermarket parts through dealer systems and vendor networks.

This role emphasizes accuracy in inventory, returns, warranties, and special orders, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a standard background check
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts lookups, quotes, and orders
• Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts efficiently through dealer systems and vendor networks
• Maintain and organize parts inventory, including receiving, labeling, and stocking
• Handle wholesale, retail, and internal parts sales - both in person and over the phone
• Process returns, warranties, and special orders accurately
• Support the service department by ensuring timely parts availability for scheduled repairs
• Deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to our positive, team-oriented culture
