Advantage Truck Group in Massachusetts is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Apprentice to join our team. You will assist shop, fleet and retail customers in identifying and purchasing parts, learning lookup, quotes and sales orders, with hands-on training from our experienced staff.

This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on learner who communicates well, works reliably, and can lift heavy objects. We offer hourly pay between $20 and $24, on-site work, competitive benefits and clear career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state Driver’s license.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts needs.
• Look up parts, provide quotes, and process sales orders accurately.
• Pull and prepare parts for customer orders, assist with shipping and receiving, and stock shelves to keep inventory organized.
• Perform vendor pickups and parts deliveries as needed, maintaining prompt service and relationships.
• Complete required training on core truck systems and customer service standards to build technical expertise.
