Job summary

Advantage Truck Group (ATG) in Massachusetts is offering a full-time Parts Counter Apprentice position. You will support the parts team, learn to look up parts, provide quotes, and process sales orders while building hands-on truck parts knowledge.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with their parts needs.
• Learn to look up parts, provide quotes, and process sales orders accurately.
• Pull and prepare parts for customer orders, assist with shipping and receiving, and stock shelves.
