Job summary

Advantage Truck Group is offering a full-time Parts Counter Apprentice position in Massachusetts. You will learn and perform daily parts department functions, supporting shop, fleet, and retail customers with parts lookups, quotes, and sales orders.

Responsibilities include assisting with warehouse operations, inventory management, and parts logistics, while developing technical expertise in truck core systems and customer service standards. CORI and background checks required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state Driver’s license.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new software.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts needs and provide quotes.
• Pull and prepare parts for customer orders; help with shipping and receiving; stock shelves and organize inventory.
• Learn inventory control through regular cycle counts and maintain accuracy.
• Perform vendor pickups and parts deliveries as needed to ensure prompt service.
