Abra Auto Body & Glass is a growing shop that appreciates and values everyone’s contributions. We are looking for the right person to fill the position of Parts Coordinator, wanting to work in a strong, connected work environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong organizational, communication and collaborative skills
• Effective, proactive, problem-solving skills to minimize production down time
• Solid understanding of automobiles preferred but not required
• A sense of urgency to provide timely distribution of parts to technicians to meet production schedule
• Must be enthusiastic about giving and receiving feedback, be accountable and hold others accountable

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean production floor, parts room and general shop appearance
• Periodic cross-training with other positions within the body shop
• Correctly mirror match parts and inspect quality as delivered
• Ability to manage multiple functions and lines of communication
• Aptitude to continuously learn and understand body shop processes

Must have a valid Driver’s License. Candidates must successfully complete a Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record Check. We are an EEO employer.
