Job summary

The Manitowoc Company in Denver, CO is seeking a Parts Coordinator to identify, locate and obtain parts to meet customer needs. The role reports to the Parts Manager and involves working in a shop/office setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, researching and ordering parts, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, handling quotes and diagrams via phone and email, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of experience within a Parts or Service department.
• Experience in the heavy equipment or construction industry preferred.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer/client focus.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic cranes, crawler cranes, and hydraulic crawler cranes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control.
• Research and order parts for customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Provide phone and email correspondence to customers regarding quotes and diagrams.
• Other duties as assigned.
