• Strong organizational and communication skills for customer and vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent counter sales and customer service; assist with parts identification and availability.
• Upsell complementary or upgraded parts to increase sales and satisfaction.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts; maintain organized warehouse layout.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts and reordering.
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts for internal and external orders; coordinate distribution.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges; update inventory records and systems.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders and shipments; maintain safe warehouse environment.
