We are currently hiring a Parts Coordinator II. The role involves data entry, professional communication via phone and email with internal and external customers.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Hours for this position are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
• Provide high-level customer service, representing the company positively.
• Multitask effectively.
• Answer calls and emails to address purchasing needs within the organization.
• Accurately and efficiently perform data entry.
• Contact technicians and managers regarding repairs, parts used, and invoice verification.
• Sourcing and procuring parts.
• Gather and upload necessary paperwork into the system for records.
• Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports.
• Respond to and manage correspondence and tasks with vendors and technicians promptly.
• Support ad-hoc projects aligned with Cox Automotive priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or other combinations as specified.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; quick learner of new systems such as DFS IT Systems, Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer.
• Experience sourcing and purchasing parts is preferred.
• Knowledge of the trucking industry or fleet maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, demonstrate initiative, and apply creativity.
• Positive attitude, good instincts, and self-motivation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Sense of urgency in resolving issues and documenting solutions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels.
