Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Harvey, IL is seeking a Parts Coordinator II to manage parts and inventory in a shop environment. You will support inventory control, process invoices, and collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, hourly pay, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years in inventory/parts admin preferred.
• Strong computer skills incl. spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management, order parts, receive and stock inventory.
• Process invoices.
• Maintain records and min–max levels for inventory control.
• Order supplies and track inventory counts.
• Manage parts obsolescence.
• Ship warranty parts and returns to vendors.
• Keep parts room organized and clean.
