Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in inventory/parts administration or clerical functions preferred.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel (intermediate) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving.
• Process purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Ensure parts received are accurately recorded in inventory.
• Oversee parts obsolescence and cataloging.
• Ship warranty parts and manage returns to vendors.
• Maintain organized and clean parts room.
