Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Clerk in the Stroudsburg area. You will receive and check in parts, verify orders, and ensure accurate placement on the parts cart.

You will inspect parts on delivery, return incorrect items to the vendor, monitor status with suppliers, and coordinate invoicing within Crash Champion's estimating platform. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts: Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality: Inspect parts for damage upon delivery - if parts are not available within two hours of expected drop off.
• Return incorrect parts: Immediately to the vendor.
• Monitor deliveries: Regularly communicate with vendor on parts status.
• Coordinate parts invoicing: Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champion's estimating platform - make corrections as necessary.
