Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts/Materials Coordinator to manage all parts ordering, ensure accurate deliveries, and support body technicians with parts knowledge. The role requires reading work orders, proficiency with estimating software, and effective vendor coordination.

A strong focus on parts accuracy and timely processing will drive shop efficiency. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and experience in auto parts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a parts capacity in automotive industry preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all parts ordering based on initial estimates and supplements.
• Monitor deliveries and update Repair Planner on parts status.
• Receive and check in parts and mirror match to repair orders.
