Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida seeks a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing auto body parts for each repair order. You will verify part quality and accuracy to align with the production schedule and vehicle needs.

This role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong customer service and organizational skills, and familiarity with Summit, Repair Centre, Mitchell, and Audatex. I-Car progress toward Gold Class is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.
• I-Car registered; working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent WOW plan execution.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts, verify quality and quantity for repair orders.
• Distribute parts timely to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number; store with vehicle/ repairs.
• Relay Parts Price Changes to required teammates.
• Order and receive supplemental parts in MIS; monitor performance.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and discount terms.
• Ensure invoices/credit memos are posted/scanned promptly.
