Chesapeake Collision in Randallstown, MD is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our shop team. You will use a computer portal to order, invoice, and document parts, and coordinate with Estimators and Technicians to minimize cycle time.

This role involves receiving and inspecting parts deliveries, monitoring parts and materials, and distributing parts to technicians in a timely manner. Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Working as part of a collegial team in our Randallstown shop, the Parts Coordinator receives, quality checks, invoices and manages repair parts.

Experience with auto parts, invoicing, and financial calculations preferred.

Pay negotiable based on experience.
