Clifford Power is seeking an Entry-level Admin role in Tulsa, OK. The position involves varied responsibilities such as sourcing materials for repairs, preparing customer quotes, and supporting technical solutions. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft products and eager to be part of a cohesive team focused on delivering great customer experiences.
If you’re good at organizing, efficient at multi-tasking, and enjoy helping customers, this may be the gig for you. This is a Monday through Friday 8am-5pm position andyou will report to the Corporate Parts Manager and work alongside a team of Parts Solutions people to support our local and regional branches. You’ll be tasked with several responsibilities within the department. For example, sourcing materials for customer repairs, preparing quotes for customers, working with our technical team to determine best repair solutions and working alongside our vendors for best price and service. This position will require you to be proficient using a computer as well as some ERP system knowledge and of course the ability to read blueprints and schematics. We’re heavy users of Microsoft products like Outlook and Excel. We will build on your computer skills, teaching you the specific processes we conduct in Microsoft GP.
