Job summary

Champion Home Builder, Inc. in Mansfield, Texas, is hiring a Parts Coordinator- Delivery to support our Mansfield plant’s parts and inventory operations.

You will review service orders, deliver parts to dealers or job sites, and coordinate with the Purchasing Department to secure required items. This role involves delivering parts across Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico and surrounding areas, with travel around 90% of the time.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Manufactured housing industry experience desired.
• High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Review each service order for correct parts.
• Deliver parts to the dealers and/or job site.
• Gather parts needed for service work order.
• Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund.
• File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.

Job Title: Parts Coordinator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary: Ensure parts needed for repair are available or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts. Deliver parts to dealers in Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico and surrounding areas.
