Job summary

Vernon Collision, Powered by VIVE Collision in Manchester, CT, is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team full-time. You will manage parts ordering, receiving, and distribution, working closely with estimators and technicians to keep the repair process flowing smoothly.

Ideal candidates have experience in a collision repair center, knowledge of CCC ONE is preferred, and you should be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacity.
• Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating software is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements.
• Communicate with estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc.
• Return incorrect parts immediately to vendors.
• Monitor Deliveries and track parts status. Communicate with vendors on status if needed.
• Drive parts-related KPI's.
• Mirror match part orders to corresponding repair orders.
• Inspect and check in parts, identify damage upon delivery.
• Monitor Deliveries.
• All other duties assigned

The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering, receiving, processing, shop distribution quality checking, and monitoring parts throughout the repair process. Working closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians for parts-related issues within the shop.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements
