Darling Ingredients in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage movement of parts and equipment in our warehouse. You will create purchase orders, receive items, tag part numbers, and ensure accurate bin placement to support maintenance and production.

You will also handle shipping paperwork, packaging, and part pulls for jobs, while keeping the storage areas organized and coordinated with the office. Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Create Purchase Orders.
  • Receive orders into inventory and compare to PO/Packing Slip; tag part numbers and place parts in proper bin location.
  • Complete proper shipping paperwork, packaging, and shipping of all parts and equipment.
  • Pull parts for all jobs and maintain parts movement to a job.
  • Assist in keeping the warehouse and surrounding parts storage areas organized.
  • Complete all paperwork relating to shipping and receiving and turn into the office daily.

  • Responsible for receiving orders into inventory; comparing Purchase Order to Packing Slip; tagging or marking part numbers on parts; placing the parts in the proper bin location.
  • Responsible for completing proper shipping paperwork, packaging, and shipping of all parts and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior maintenance or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Highly organized; superior time management skills.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
  • Works well with others; can effectively communicate orally and in writing.
  • Ability to deal with minor problems involving equipment or various situations.
