Summary: As the Parts Coordinator, you are essential to our operations, overseeing the inventory and distribution of parts and material. This role works closely with the service team, customers, and external vendors to ensure parts are delivered accurately and on time.
Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items.
Inventory Management: Accurately manage stock levels by receiving, organizing, and tracking parts and supplies to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
Order Processing: Provide timely and accurate quotes and process customer invoices for the parts department, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.
Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service by communicating with customers via email, phone, and in-person to understand needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
Effective Communication: Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with both suppliers and customers to support seamless coordination and service delivery.
Technology & Training: Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and improve job performance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to promptly fulfill parts requests, contributing to streamlined operations and improved customer outcomes.
Safety Focus: Promote and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and fostering a safety-first culture throughout the organization.
