Hanover Foods Clayton Delaware Plant is currently seeking a Full Time Parts Coordinator. We offer great benefits and a welcoming environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory levels of all maintenance parts and supplies, as well as miscellaneous items necessary for plant operation.
• Uses the MARCAM system to order necessary items
• Generates requisitions, as necessary, for any requirements.
• Maintains neat and orderly files.
• Becomes familiar with and has a working knowledge of SHAWWARE features: cycle counting, pick lists, reorder reports, work order operations, requisitions, purchase order inquiries, etc.
• Adheres to common safety practices and procedures.
• Ensures work area is neat and orderly according to good housekeeping practices.
• Works closely with the Maintenance Manager in ordering and adjusting inventory minimum and maximum levels.
• Maintains the Plant’s SDS records.
• Responsible for following food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMP’s, food safety, product quality, food security, plant security, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Refrigeration/Maintenance Manager.
