Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive parts ordering, parts coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience with ReconPro, PartsTech, RepairLink, or AllData Repair is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build accurate parts estimates based on technician repair needs.
• Source and order parts from aftermarket, dealership, and salvage vendors.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and inventory incoming parts deliveries.
• Create and maintain core and warranty tags for installed parts.
• Process and manage parts returns with proper documentation.
• Track parts orders and communicate ETAs to technicians and service advisors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage.
• Build relationships with vendors for timely delivery and pricing.
• Assist with inventory counts and other departmental duties.
