Champion Home Builders, Inc is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team in American Fork, Utah. The ideal candidate will ensure parts needed for repairs are available and coordinate with the Purchasing Department when necessary. Responsibilities include gathering parts for service work orders and managing vendor returns.

Job Title

Parts Coordinator

Ensure parts needed for repair are available, or coordinate with the Purchasing Department to purchase the needed parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review each service order for the correct parts.
• Gather parts needed for the service work order.
• Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund.
• File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufactured housing industry experience is desired
• High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Preferred Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
