Kimble Company is seeking a Parts Clerk to perform storeroom and inventory duties, including receiving, storing, pulling, and delivering parts to shop mechanics and drivers. You will document and count material, monitor inventory, inspect deliveries, and enter data into the Spectrum computer system.

This role requires attention to detail and adherence to office procedures within established guidelines. The position operates on the first shift, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm with flexible hours.

Formación

• Knowledge of purchasing systems and inventory principles.
• Proficient with a computer and data entry.
• Prior inventory control experience.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks and receive, inspect/count against purchase orders.
• Store, issue, transport, and package return goods for shipment.
• Prepare inventory reports to assure accuracy and support logistics.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies within guidelines.
• Maintain storage locations, stock shelves, and cycle counts.
• Communicate with vendors by phone, email, or fax for orders and discrepancies.
• Enter material data and manage inventory using Spectrum system.
• Distribute parts to mechanics, drivers, and staff as needed.
• Keep storeroom orderly and label storage areas clearly.
