Job summary

Hill International Trucks- Midvale LLC in New Philadelphia, OH is seeking a full-time Parts Clerk to support both sales and service operations. The role handles end-to-end processing of customer and vendor orders, with a focus on fast, accurate data entry to prevent shipping delays.

You will manage inventory, assist with quotes, process invoices and payments, and coordinate with suppliers and shipping firms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Clerk or similar role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• Ability to interpret vendor catalogs.
• Basic understanding of supply chain procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue parts to fill shelves, racks, or customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records of parts replaced, inventory, and parts on order.
• Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
• Manage parts inventory and reorder parts as needed.
• Inspect delivered parts and compare with invoices for accuracy.
• Coordinate with shipping companies to manage deliveries and returns.
• Perform data entry and administrative duties such as filing and paperwork.
• Record and track the movement of parts and ensure documentation is accurate.
