Progressive Tractor & Implement is seeking a Parts Clerk for our Kubota and Case IH dealership. You will handle parts sales, stocking, ordering, receiving, returns, cycle counts, and inventory, reporting to the Parts Manager.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, and managing parts for technicians. Experience in Ag or Construction equipment is a plus; high school diploma required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills are required to operate the business system.
• Ability to proactively solve problems and assist customers.

Responsabilités

PARTS CLERKJob DescriptionCustomer Parts Clerk for established Kubota and Case IH dealership.Responsible for parts sales, parts stocking, ordering, receiving, returns, cycle counting and physical inventory. This position reports directly to Dealership Parts Manager.Job ResponsibilitiesGreets customers promptly and courteously and determines their needsProcess sales transactions within the business systemReceive and store parts and materials in their appropriate bin locations.Create parts orders, quotes and orders for technicians and service department.Communicates status to customer and complete invoicing and follow-upsNavigate OEM Dealer Portals to troubleshoot problems and warranty informationConducts physical inventory counts timely and accurately.Able to assist customers on part needs for operation and maintenance of equipmentOperates material handling equipment in a safe manner and in accordance with manufacturers operating instructions.Job RequirementsParts Background preferred.Experience in the Ag or Construction equipment business a plusExperience in computerized shop management systems a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to effectively and proactively solve problemsEducational RequirementsHigh School Diploma minimumStrong Computer SkillsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 lbs.Job may require climbing, squatting, stooping and kneeling
