Job summary

Kubota and Case IH dealership in Bryant, AR is seeking an experienced Customer Parts Clerk to greet customers, process transactions, and manage parts inventory.

You will create parts orders, communicate with service and technicians, handle OEM portals, and perform physical counts while maintaining safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Parts background preferred.
• Experience in the Agriculture or Construction equipment business a plus.
• Experience with computerized shop management systems a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to effectively and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and determine their needs.
• Process sales transactions within the business system.
• Receive and store parts and materials in their appropriate bin locations.
• Create parts orders, quotes and orders for technicians and service department.

• Navigate OEM Dealer Portals to troubleshoot problems and warranty information.
