We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Parts Clerk to manage inventory, order supplies, and support the maintenance team by ensuring the availability of essential parts and tools. This role is responsible for tracking inventory levels, negotiating with vendors, and keeping accurate records of maintenance supplies. The ideal candidate has experience with inventory management, purchasing, and strong negotiation skills to optimize costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred to effectively communicate with maintenance staff and vendors.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or maintenance support
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred)
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to maximize cost savings
Organizational Skills: Ability to track, manage, and maintain inventory records with accuracy
Technical Skills: Experience using inventory management software, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to anticipate maintenance team needs and resolve supply chain issues
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move parts and equipment as needed
