Great Western Trailer in Oklahoma City is seeking a Parts Back Counter Associate who is dependable, organized and customer-focused. You will handle service department parts orders, assist with inventory, and work closely with technicians and coworkers to keep parts flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill parts orders for the service department; label and deliver.
• Receive, unload, label, and shelve parts.
• Perform inventory control and assist audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts area.
• Log inventory activity and report discrepancies.
• Communicate with technicians and supervisors.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Prepare and fulfill parts orders for the service department load pack label and deliver parts Receive and process incoming stock unload label and shelve parts Perform inventory control and assist with audits Maintain a clean and well organized parts area Accurately log inventory activity and report discrepancies Communicate with technicians supervisors and coworkers Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Follow all company policies safety standards and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Outlook etc
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dealer management systems Karmak Fusion preferred
• Background in warehouse or automotivetrailer parts
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Ability to lift 50100 lbs regularly Frequent physical activity including standing lifting and reaching Work is performed in a shopwarehouse environment Use of standard office and warehouse equipment; forklift operation training provided
