Pro-Serv Food Equipment, based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a dependable Parts Associate to join our Raleigh team. This role supports service technicians and customers by identifying, ordering, receiving, and tracking parts to keep jobs moving.

The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, communicates clearly with technicians and vendors, and takes ownership from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research parts using model numbers, diagrams, manufacturer resources, and vendor sites.
• Order parts from approved vendors and manufacturers.
• Verify part numbers, pricing, availability, shipping method, and estimated delivery dates.
• Create, maintain, and process purchase orders according to procedures.
• Track open orders, backorders, and past-due shipments; follow up with vendors.
• Provide accurate ETA updates and communicate delays or changes.
• Receive incoming parts; verify against POs and packing slips.
• Update jobs and POs when parts are received.
• Maintain organized parts areas and inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock levels.
• Coordinate technician parts pickups and job readiness.
• Process returns, RMAs, and returns shipments; track credits.
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly.
