Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a dependable Parts Support Associate to join our team. You will help keep the parts department organized and running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, labeling, stocking parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, pulling parts for service technicians and other departments, assisting with deliveries, and keeping the storage area clean and secure. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials as needed.
• Previous warehouse, inventory or automotive parts experience is a plus but not required.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the parts department with daily operations to stay organized and efficient.
• Receive, sort, label, and stock incoming parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage locations.
• Pull and prepare parts for service technicians and other departments.
• Assist with parts deliveries and transfers between departments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts storage area.
• Work closely with parts department team members and service staff to ensure timely support.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support department success.
