Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a dependable Parts Support Associate to help keep the parts department organized and running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You will receive, sort, label, stock parts, pull for service technicians, assist with deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory while working closely with service staff.

• Warehouse, inventory, automotive, or parts experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the parts department with daily operations to stay organized and efficient.
• Receive, sort, label, and stock incoming parts and inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage locations.
• Pull and prepare parts for service technicians, wholesale customers, and other departments.
• Assist with parts deliveries and transfers between departments or locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts storage area.
• Collaborate with the parts team and service staff to ensure timely support.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support department success.
