Qualifications

• Requires two years or more as an automotive Parts professional.
• One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
• One year of sales experience.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Promptly meet and assist technicians and retail guests with a friendly, courteous approach.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories for technicians and customers in a timely manner.
• Accurately price parts using the proper pricing source and document in the system.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and satisfy customer inquiries.
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location and maintain department cleanliness.
• Provide customers with needed information and suggest additional sales opportunities.

The Parts Retail Associate position has the opportunity to interact with hundreds of customers to assist them in purchasing automotive parts.
