Job summary

Johnson RV is growing and seeking a Parts Associate to join our Service team. If you're organized, comfortable on a computer, and enjoy helping people, we’ll train the right candidate who brings the right attitude and skill set.

You'll help ensure technicians and customers get the right parts, right on time, while supporting an atmosphere that feels like family. This role covers parts lookup, purchase orders, inventory stocking, and clear communication with teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to be trained for parts lookup and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Look up, order, and track down the right parts for jobs and customer requests.
• Create and manage purchase orders, and place orders with vendors.
• Keep our inventory system accurate — receiving, stocking, and issuing parts.
• Enter and track special orders in our dealership computer system, and let the team or customer know when parts arrive
• Match invoices to orders to confirm we received the correct items and quantities
• Process invoices and keep clean, organized records of everything that comes in and goes out
• Help with regular inventory counts
• Join department meetings and pitch in on other tasks as needed

This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on staying organized, likes solving problems, and enjoys a mix of computer work and face-to-face customer interaction. What You'll Do
