Job summary

Hemlock Hill RV Sales, Inc. is seeking a Parts Associate to help technicians and customers. You will identify and order parts, verify numbers and pricing, and keep inventory accurate in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will also assist walk-in customers, upsell accessories, and operate a forklift for parts handling. A team-driven attitude and knowledge of RV parts are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in an RV dealership, automotive, or similar parts department preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read parts catalogs.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Positive, team-oriented, customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities
