Job summary

Epika Fleet Services, Inc. is seeking a Parts Associate to join our team serving construction and industrial equipment customers. You will source, order, and manage parts, assist customers in person, by phone, and via email, and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of orders.

You will maintain inventory records, collaborate with technicians, price parts, and build strong vendor relationships to support pricing and availability. A detail-oriented, dependable candidate will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license.
• Parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive industry.
• Basic computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and/or automotive parts.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email to identify and fulfill parts needs.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain organized inventory records and update systems as stock levels change.
• Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure the right parts are available for repairs.
• Research and price parts, including special orders and hard-to-find items.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support competitive pricing and availability.
• Provide safe, superior customer service on every interaction.
• Support warehouse organization, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
