Job summary

M.E.S.O., Inc. is seeking a Parts Associate to join our team supporting construction and industrial equipment customers across the Southeast.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on parts experience who values accuracy, organization, and helping customers get what they need quickly. You will source and manage inventory, assist customers in person, by phone, and by email, and ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• HHands-on parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive parts.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong teamwork and written/verbal communication.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safe, superior customer service.
• High school diploma and valid driver's license.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and/or automotive parts.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email to identify and fulfill parts needs.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain organized inventory records and update systems as stock levels change.
• Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure the right parts are available for repairs.
• Research and price parts, including special orders and hard-to-find items.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support pricing and availability.
• Provide safe, superior customer service on every interaction.
• Support warehouse organization, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
