Job summary

M.E.S.O., Inc. is seeking a Parts Associate to join our Southeast team, supporting construction and industrial equipment customers with accuracy and efficiency.

You will source, order, and manage inventory; assist customers in person, by phone, and by email; process parts orders; and coordinate with technicians to ensure the right parts are available for repairs, while maintaining organized records and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive industry.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority.
• High school diploma and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and/or automotive parts
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email to identify and fulfill parts needs
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain organized inventory records and update systems as stock levels change
• Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure the right parts are available for repairs
• Research and price parts, including special orders and hard-to-find items
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support competitive pricing and availability
• Provide safe, superior customer service on every interaction
• Support warehouse organization, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
