Job summary

M.E.S.O. Inc. (Mobile Equipment Service Options Inc.) is seeking a Parts Associate to order parts for construction equipment, trucks, and trailers with limited supervision.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and Service Technicians to determine parts needs and provide quotes. Must have construction equipment or automotive parts experience, solid computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel), strong teamwork, and the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• Must have parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive industry.
• Basic computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Exhibit strong teamwork, verbal and written skills.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Determine needed parts with Account Managers and Service Technicians.
• Provide price quotes and research parts.
• Process orders through the fulfillment program.
• Follow up with vendors on backorders and returns.

We are searching for a qualified Parts Associate to order parts for construction equipment, truck, and trailer fleets with limited or no supervision in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

will include working with Account Managers and Service Technicians to determine needed parts, provide price quotes, research and ordering parts. You will also be responsible for processing all orders through our fulfillment program, following up with vendors on backorders and assisting with returning unneeded parts.

Must have parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive industry.

Must have basic computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Exhibit strong teamwork, verbal, and written skills.

Must be able to multi-task.
