Job summary

Southwest-Toyotalift is hiring a Parts Associate for the Mira Loma facility. You will provide excellent customer service in person and by phone, process orders, and ensure accurate procurement and fulfillment of parts.

Responsibilities include researching orders, managing inventory, shipping/receiving, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while supporting technicians and counter customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior parts experience in retail or warehouse preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Title: Parts Associate Facility: Mira Loma, CADepartment: Parts Job Type: Non-ExemptSupervisor: Parts ManagerPosition SummaryThe Parts Associate is responsible for demonstrating superior customer service to our internal and external customers by providing professional assistance in person and via phone and ensuring accuracy in the procurement and fulfillment of all parts orders.Responsibilities:The following responsibilities are a general guideline and not intended to be an exhaustive list of the full scope of responsibilities.
