Job summary

Young Automotive Group in Idaho Falls is seeking a Parts Associate/Counter Person to assist customers and technicians in locating the right parts and accessories. You will help with sales, orders, and invoicing in a fast-paced dealership environment.

In this full-time role you will locate or order parts, prepare invoices, answer phone calls, and keep the parts team informed. The position emphasizes friendly, professional service with strong growth opportunities and a family-first culture.

Qualifications

• Stable work history with demonstrated success.
• Excellent communication skills - both verbally and in writing.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Recommended parts experience preferred.
• Experience with Tekion (ADP) is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly professional and efficient manner.
• Locates or orders parts as needed.
• Prepares invoices for parts to be handed over the counter.
• Answers retail phone calls and assists customers over the phone.
• Follow up with customers over the phone on special order parts.
• Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts.
• Maintains professional appearance.
