Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Pearland, TX to support repair operations. You will receive and check in parts, match them to repair orders, and ensure correct placement on the parts cart.

You will inspect deliveries for damage and return incorrect items to vendors as needed. You will monitor deliveries, communicate with vendors about parts status, and coordinate invoicing to post invoices in Crash Champion’s estimating platform, making corrections as necessary.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts and match delivered parts to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage upon delivery and flag issues.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
• Monitor deliveries and regularly communicate with vendor on parts status.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and ensure invoices are posted in Crash Champion’s estimating platform; make corrections as necessary.
