CYCLEMAX INC is seeking a parts and labor specialist to join our team. This role combines service-advisor and parts counter duties, acting as the frontline between customers and our service and parts departments, from intake to job completion.

Responsibilities include writing repair orders, quoting and selling parts and labor, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining high customer satisfaction and department profitability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a powersports, marine, or automotive dealership (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, in person and over the phone.
• Listen to customer concerns, accurately document repair needs, and open repair orders.
• Provide clear, detailed estimates including both parts and labor.
• Communicate job status updates, approvals, and completion times throughout the repair process.
• Look up, quote, and sell parts and accessories to both service and walk-in customers.
• Order and receive parts for service jobs, ensuring timely delivery and correct fitment.

This role serves as the frontline connection between our customers and the dealership's service and parts departments. The role combines the responsibilities of a service advisor and parts counter associate, ensuring a seamless experience from customer intake to job completion. The parts & labor specialist is responsible for writing repair orders, quoting and selling parts and labor, coordinating work with technicians, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and department profitability.
