Job summary

Fish Brothers Kia in Swindon is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join the Aftersales team. You will identify and sell parts profitably to trade, retail and workshop customers, ensuring adherence to company policies.

The role requires good communication and organisational skills; experience in a main franchise dealership and CDK/Kerridge systems is desirable with full training provided. 42.5 hours per week, shifts from 6:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and alternating Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a parts department of a main franchise dealership would be highly advantageous.
• Drive/CDK / Kerridge dealer management systems experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell parts profitably to trade, retail and workshop customers.
• Respond positively to Management team requests and maximise parts sales to help achieve the department's business plan.
• Develop relationships with customers and colleagues through effective communication and organisation.

Salary £28,180-£30k basic (£32-£33k OTE)

Salary: £28,180 to £30,000 (DOE) OTE 32 to 33K

Fish Brothers Kia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor. The Parts Advisor is a proactive and important member of the Kia Aftersales team dealing with all parts related enquiries. You will be responsible for identifying and selling parts profitably to trade, retail and workshop customers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responding positively to the requests of the Management team and working effectively as a member of the Aftersales team, your overall objective will be to maximise of parts sales helping to achieve and ideally exceed the business plan of the department.

You will be presentable with a polite and courteous manner and have experience at developing relationships with customers and colleagues. This position is ideally suited to an individual with good communication and organisational skills.

Hours of work: 42.5 hours per week working shifts between 6:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning.
