Job summary

Fish Brothers Kia in Swindon is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our Kia team. You will work on a range of hybrid and traditional vehicles, delivering high-quality servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards.

Key duties include fault diagnosis with the latest equipment, warranty repairs, vehicle health checks and accurate paperwork. We offer Kia manufacturer training and clear career progression in a supportive, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair.
• Previous experience within a dealership, independent garage or similar environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Complete warranty repairs and associated paperwork accurately.
• Carry out vehicle health checks and report findings.
• Support the workshop team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely.

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, You Will

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards

• Support the workshop team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair
• Previous experience within a dealership, independent garage or similar environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A team-focused approach with pride in your workmanship
• A full UK driving licence
