The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a Parts Advisor at Sewell Cadillac Buick GMC to serve as the main contact between the parts department and retail customers. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork to drive parts sales at the dealership.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, quoting prices, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting inventory control with special-order parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Background and drug screening required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Input lost sales into the inventory control system and maintain records of special-order parts.
• List and price out parts on counter tickets; provide information for special orders to clerks.
• Maintain catalogues, price schedules, and other technical information; keep area clean and safe.
• Support perpetual inventory and backorder processes; coordinate with service advisors.
