We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic person to assist our technicians and customers with parts/accessories for their vehicles in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Retail Counter

  • Immediately acknowledge customers and assist them in procuring the needed parts and accessories
  • Track lost sales
  • Answer incoming phone calls within the third ring politely identifying the department and your name
  • Prepare billing documentation utilizing the ERA system (will train)

Internal Counter

  • Immediately acknowledge and assist the internal customers including but not limited to technicians, sales personnel and managers
  • Fill orders from current stock and/or procure needed parts by sourcing from other dealers or from the manufacturer utilizing the daily orders or critical orders
  • Discuss availability issues with your manager and other associated internal personnel
  • Prepare billing documentation utilizing the ERA system (will train)
  • Deliver parts to the technicians when warranted
  • Additional responsibilities to be determined later

Qualifications:

  • Parts Department Experience is required
  • Ford experience is preferred but not required
  • Reynolds and Reynolds DMS experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with the public and communicate effectively
  • Must posses proficient organizational skills
  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
