Job description

Company Overview:

We offer a comprehensive range of commercial fleet services, including mobile fleet maintenance and repair, OEM-Certified services for Allison Transmissions and Carrier Transicold, diesel engine repair for Detroit Diesel, and full trailer repair and maintenance by highly trained technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, repair timelines, and billing adjustments.
• Promote and sell our company's services.
• Assess customer needs and promote suitable products and services.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Create Work Orders and Purchase Orders within our systems.
• Manage Parts Receiving, Processing, and Inventory Cycle Counting.
• Perform Parts Kitting and issue to Technicians, and transact Inventory Movements.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Perform routine tasks under supervision following established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or similar.
• Experience opening, reviewing, and communicating with customers about service status.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and coordination skills.
