Salary: Up to £30k pa Including OTE

Are you a Parts Supervisor looking for a new challenge? At Lookers Newcastle Volkswagen, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and professional team, playing a key role in the smooth operation of our parts department. You will work alongside dedicated parts advisors, building relationships and managing customer expectations effectively.

As a Parts Supervisor, your responsibilities will include ensuring quick and efficient service to retail and workshop customers, processing all orders on the same day, completing administrative tasks accurately, and logging stock discrepancies with the Aftersales Manager.

  • Assist the Aftersales Manager with daily duties
  • Ensure all items are correctly located and maintain stock control
  • Receive orders and manage returns
  • Answer customer calls
  • Provide excellent customer care
  • Collaborate with the wider Aftersales team to deliver efficient and friendly service

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, possess excellent communication skills, and have practical knowledge of computer systems. The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team is essential.
