Diehl Collision is expanding and growing! Come join our team!

Diehl Collision of Butler has an immediate opening for a professional parts advisor. Compensation ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, with the potential to earn more!

Successful candidates should have experience in the retail/wholesale automotive parts industry, be highly motivated, and focused on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively with technicians and vendors via phone, in-person, or email.
2. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the counter, work area, and stockroom.
3. Interact with the Body Shop & Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
4. Order parts from suppliers based on Service Team requests.
5. Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas for easy access.
6. Check quantity and condition of goods received against invoices and purchase orders.
7. Verify number, unit cost, and total billing for charges against proper records.
8. Specify parts accurately.
9. Process core returns, parts warranties, and parts returns as necessary.
10. Must be able to lift 60 pounds from the floor.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the retail/wholesale automotive parts industry is recommended. Candidates should be highly self-motivated, focused on customer satisfaction, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
