Herschend seeks an enthusiastic and hospitable Server Assistant to join our restaurant operation team for our newest hospitality venture, Dolly Parton's Song Teller Hotel, located in the heart of Downtown Nashville.

Inspired by Dolly Parton's legendary career and spirit, the Song Teller Hotel offers guests a place to Love Every Moment – a space to unplug, connect with loved ones, and be entertained.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Check with Manager for daily objectives.
• Assist service and kitchen teams by bringing complete food orders from the kitchen to the dining room and serve food to guests following trained guidelines.
• Clear and reset tables as needed.
• Inspect the dining room for cleanliness.
• Provide excellent dining experiences for guests through proper steps of service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes.
• Be willing to work in other disciplines within the department as directed by management.
• Participate in daily line ups.
• Practice service standards and current training throughout service.
